Episcopal and Catholic bishops from South Sudan who met in Connor’s partner diocese of Yei to debate the ongoing conflict with the Republic of Sudan have issued a Message of Peace. Archbishop John Sentamu and Special Representative of the UN Secretary General, Ms Hilde Johnson attended the meeting.
